The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness, funding research and education programs that are making a difference to those touched by breast cancer .
The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation is the leading national volunteer-based organization dedicated to a vision of creating a future without breast cancer. The Foundation works collaboratively to fund, support, and advocate for: relevant and innovative breast cancer research; meaningful education and awareness programs; early diagnosis and effective treatment; and a positive quality of life for those living with breast cancer. When looking through her mother’s things, Linda discovered this poem her mother, Yvonne, had written after she had been treated for breast cancer. Unfortunately seven years later, Yvonne’s cancer returned, so we are posting her poem today in her memory.
